1. Are your products ethically produced?

Yes. We source suppliers who are committed to treating all their workers fairly. Where possible we use suppliers who are members of the Fair Wear Foundation or are Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) certified.

2. How do you ship and how soon can I get my order?

If you order before 3pm GMT on Monday - Friday we ship all orders that day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT on Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. UK orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days, European orders within 2-4 working days, and international orders within 10 working days.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards or direct payments via our PayPal payment platform.

4. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase fizzYcaL products?

The PayPal platform that we use does not require you to have an account.

5. What is your return policy?

We're confident you'll be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you're dissatisfied please return your order within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. Items must be returned in good condition and we advise you to retain official proof of postage from your postal office. Please contact us for returns address.
